Ma’am Nida Tareen serves as Principal and Co Founder of SIL and has been teaching the University of London LLB hons programme since 2004. She holds an LLB hons from the University of London as well as an LLM in International Business Law, the Postgraduate Diploma in Commercial and Corporate Law and the Postgraduate Certificate in Comparative and Foreign Law. An ardent supporter of advocacy training and firm believer in building student potential, she will be taking Critical Thinking classes with the students where they will be taught reasoning skills and basic rules of advocacy and engagement. Ma’am Nida has an open door policy when it comes to student concerns and welcomes extracurricular initiatives from an enthusiastic student body. SIL is known particularly for her personalized approach to mentoring each student—whether it’s to help them excel in their law exams, succeed in internships, or thrive in their legal careers after graduation.
